  • Check out time – guests are required to vacate the room by 10 am

    Late check out – please advise us 24 hours prior to day of departure and we will do our best to accommodate your request, this will be dependant on hotel occupancy and additional fees may apply.

  • Kyah is a non-smoking venue, but don’t stress - you can smoke in designated outdoor areas!

  • Smart TV - The TV has access to Netflix and Stan – just login using your account details & binge away! The remote is in the mini-bar draw.

    Air Conditioner - You will need to select the mode to suit your comfort - cool/heat/dry. Find the remote in you room.

    Bathroom taps - Our bathroom taps are quarter turn taps allowing you to turn with ease. The directional arrows above the taps assist with navigation.

    Room turnover - If you would like your room turned over during your stay, please leave out your door hanger - ‘Alexa … make the bed’.

    Ironing board & iron – Call or head up to reception and we can provide you with an ironing board and iron.

  • If you wish to reuse your towel, please hang up on the hooks provided. If you would like a fresh towel, please leave your door hanger provided to refresh your room.

  • We would like to consider our guests part of the family; however, we do need our family to behave in a reasonable manner and consider your neighbouring rooms while you stay with us. We ask if you can keep the noise levels to a minimum (and pillow fort making to a maximum) after 10pm

    Violent or abusive behaviour towards other guest’s or staff will not be tolerated.

    Visitors – visitors are welcome in the hotel however numbers cannot exceed room capacity for an overnight stay

    Emergency meeting point – in case of a fire or another type of emergency we ask that our guests meet at the rear of the hotel at the tennis court to be accounted for.

    Extra charges – charges may be accrued to your credit card for any hotel damage and/or outstanding minibar charges- a separate invoice will be sent once your card has been charged.

  • We have some amenities that we would love you to experience

    Sports Court – tennis, basketball and many other sports are at your doorstep! Located at the rear of the hotel, just ask our team for equipment or feel free to bring your own!

    Hot Tub & Sauna - Embrace your inner zen and book the Kyah sauna or hot tub. Or go wild, and book them both! Our inside sauna is the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. And our brand-new outdoor wood-fired hot tub is seriously special. See reception to book.

    E-bikes - Experience the fresh Blue Mountains’ air in a completely new way, by hiring an e-bike from Kyah for free. Whether you’re meandering up to the village for your morning coffee, or venturing further afield, e-biking is a fun and effortless way to explore. Come and chat to reception to book.

    The Farm – take a stroll at the farm and have a look at our fresh produce grown on-site that makes its way to the plate at BLAQ restaurant.

    The Tea Room – is located at the top of the reception stairs. This handy breakout room is ideal for heating baby’s bottle, grabbing some ice or topping up the drink flask with cold filtered water.

  • If there’s something you’d like us to keep secret, or you have some small items you’d like to keep safe, please see reception and they will organise housing in the office safe. Access to the safe is available between 8am – 6pm

  • In case of a fire or another type of emergency, please meet us at the rear of Kyah by the tennis court for safety procedures.
