Giving your standard cocktail list the proper shake up, we’ve brought flair and flavour to Blaq’s signature drinks. Making use of local ingredients, artisanal spirits and plenty of creativity, the cocktails here are playful and punchy. Of course, if you can’t go past a negroni or margarita, we always have the classics available.

Blaq’s multi-award winning wine list has been curated by master sommelier Andrés Aragón and expresses the beauty, diversity and terroir of New South Wales wines and its iconic sub-regions.
